Insync Technology is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as a Surface Hub partner to meet increased demand from customers for the ground-breaking collaboration device.
Insync has been an active proponent of the Surface Hub ever since it launched in Australia in mid-2016, influencing the sale, delivery and adoption of over a dozen units for public sector and enterprise customers, despite not being able to sell the units itself. Until now.
Nathan Belling, General Manager of Insync Technology, reflected on the nomination to the program:
“This is a great achievement for us – since it first launched, we’ve been promoting the Surface Hub technology to as many of our customers as possible, running briefing sessions and lunch and learns at Microsoft to get customers familiar with the new collaboration experiences that the Hub and associated platforms can deliver – now even better that we can supply the units and adoption services as part of our broader collaboration offerings to customers!”
Insync Technology has already built a pipeline of Surface Hub opportunities in advance of this announcement and looks forward to working with Microsoft representatives and customers across Australia to deliver exceptional collaboration experiences.
In order to achieve this, Insync has partnered with Office 365 adoption specialists Adopt & Embrace to deliver customized training and adoption planning services with each hub.
Nathan spoke of the partnership with Adopt & Embrace: “We’ve had a solid partnership with Adopt & Embrace since late 2015 – we realised early on that we were great at technology, but needed adoption and training specialists to really make the technology come alive. We knew that we couldn’t box drop Surface Hubs into customers like other partners, and really had to offer a holistic adoption model.”
“Adopt & Embrace fit in seamlessly with our organization and our staff are on the ground with our customers and the team from Adopt & Embrace to ensure uptake and ultimately business value from this technology.”
One of our Surface Hub customers, Aaron Jurd of the Central Highlands Regional Council, stated:
“Earlier this year, our council was named one of the top three local governments in Queensland for technology adoption by Telstra. We were also the recipients of a state-of-the-art Microsoft Surface Hub recently, the second of these digital collaboration devices to be delivered in Australia. Over the last few years, our organisation has built strong working relationships with major industry players such as Telstra, Microsoft and Insync Technology to develop a robust platform for embracing technology.
“The rollout of the Surface Hub devices has helped close the gap between us and our metropolitan counterparts, reduced travel time and fatigue risk for staff in remote areas and offered another level of transparency between council and the public.”
